總是希望有些人能長命百歲


總是希望有些人早死,例如Kurt Cobain、林黛、李小龍、Mozart,他們是流星,不許人世見白頭,早點死就流芳百世;但總是希望有些人能長命百歲,因為他們永遠都是那麼有趣,他們總有那麼多好點子,你對他們總是充滿期待。

我希望西西越長命越好,最好是我比她早死,有她在,我總是感到世界是有趣的。

其實向來都不算是西西的擁躉,不過我這種文偽青年,第一個認真接觸的本地文學作家,就是她了,她那本「像我這樣的一個女子」教我十分著迷,之後斷斷續續的讀她的作品,總是有那麼多的新意,而且總是感到她充滿童心,有童心的人,才能有新鮮角度看世界。

一個七十歲的人,在這個加速叫人老的社會,能一直保持創作力,還能以童眼看世界,實在不簡單。

這本縫熊志,實在令我愛不惜手,可能我還是喜歡毛公仔吧,論文章,其實都是西西小巧的作品,不費勁,不過將熊裝扮成中國古代人物,以文字將人物和衣飾史娓娓道來,已經一件是有趣的事情,能有這番創意大抵才是真正的通識吧。
